Shipping and Returns

At Dust & Salt Design we have a $25 flat rate for shipping Australia wide. We package with the utmost care to ensure that your lampshade will arrive in perfect condition ready to light up your life!

Our lampshades are custom made to the highest standard using fabric of your choice, which means we are unable to offer refunds. We hope you will love your new shade so much that you can't bear to part with it!

Please allow 4 weeks for your order to be processed, although the turn around time is usually quicker then this. Anna Spiro fabrics are printed to order, as are Nine Muses fabrics, so if we don't have your selection in stock, there will be 5-6 weeks turn around.  

*The only exception to the $25 flat rate is when ordering multiple shades in the same size which require separate boxes. Then $25 per box will apply. If various shade sizes are purchased in one order, we are able to package them inside one another, meaning only one box, so one postage charge. Thank you.
